Flutelabs websites are: fluitstudio.nl (ip 185.80.232.201), fluitstudioshop.nl (ip 185.182.57.114) en flutelab.com (ip 85.158.203.29).These websites use cookies to see where visitors are from and to keep visitor statistics. Flutelab.com also uses Gogle cookies to measure effectivity of our online advertising. Fluitstudioshop.nl stores adress and contact information to be able to deliver orders and invoies to customers.

Who else uses data that I give to Flutelab?
The fluitstudioshop.nl website is hosted by Novoserve in the Netherlands. Invoicing for Flutelab is handled by Thenextsoftware in the Netherlands. All your data are safely guarded. All internet access to our data has SSL protection.Data are kept on servers within the EU.

your rights
You always have the right to access the information we keep on you, to have it deleted or altered. Please write to info@flutelab.com.

Flutelab Terms of business

Ordering
By placing an order you confirm agreement with these terms.
All our agreements are subject to Dutch law.
Disagreements will be settled by legal court in Amsterdam, but only after mediation was tried.

Payment
You must pay the invoice within 30 days after the invoice is sent.
The invoice is sent once the product is ready.
If you fail to pay timely, we use the assistance of a collection agency. Costs of collection will be charged to you.

Money Back
If a product does not meet your expectations, you will be refunded after our receipt of the product. Shipping and clearing costs cannot be refunded.
An exception to this, are products designed at your specifications, for example keywork adaptations. They cannot be refunded.

Delivery
Delivery time is 6 months, unless otherwise indicated. Delivery is ex works, so shipping is at your cost and risk, but we will gladly arrange shipping for you.

Guarantee
You have a guarantee on all products and parts for 2 years after purchase.
We accept no responibility for damages or not-functioning of the product. Our liability will not exceed the amount invoiced.

Website
The information on our websites has been checked meticulously, but it may still contain errors. Also, products are continously updated and refined, so images may not exactly reflect final products.
Hence: all information, prices and product details are not binding.
All the information on our websites is copyrighted and may not be used without permission.
You may print and save text and images, but not sounds, for your own use.
You may link to any public page on our websites. Contents of external links is not our responsibility.

Privacy
Your email adress will not be transferred to other businesses or people. We only use your email adress to communicate about the matter at hand.
